Scheduling & Pre-production

Scheduling and pre-production are without doubt some of the most critical aspects of the production process and detailed planning is essential to enable a successful process from start to finish. As they say, ‘fail to plan and you plan to fail’.

  Scheduling

Get us involved from the outset and we will ensure that you have sufficient timescales allocated to do justice to your concept.

Once a concept has been agreed, we will undertake management of the complete production process from that point forward through to project delivery and transmission.

  Pre-production

We welcome involvement in the pre-production process at the earliest possible stage so that we can offer advice to our customers on potential production issues long before they are encountered. This will greatly assist in the smooth running of the project - often before a script has even been drafted.

Once production has commenced, we will typically arrange and chair PPMs (Pre-production Meetings) involving all parties. This includes customers and their clients along with the respective directors and/or producers. We will liaise directly with you as much or as little you prefer.
